Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands Receives Prestigious Award
Mercedes-Benz recognizes superior performance with the “Best of the Best” award.
HOUSTON, TX, May 15, 2018 – Mercedes-Benz has a huge retail network of dealerships, but only a few of the franchises live up to the company’s highest standards of customer service excellence. Those that do – less than 15% of the network – are eligible to receive one of the “Best of the Best” dealer recognition awards, granted to dealerships each year. This year, Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands received the 2017 Best of the Best award. This is the second year they’ve received recognition for superior service.
Mercedes-Benz evaluates the sales and service department of each dealership when choosing award winners. Each dealership is evaluated on customer service and satisfaction as well as management and leadership.

Pentas goes on to note he sees the award as a quality guarantee, a promise of integrity and dedication made to each customer. Every salesperson in both the new car sales department and the certified pre-owned car department works hard to ensure they are matching each customer to the vehicle which will best suit their needs.
